Ordered on app. Order was supposed to be ready at 2:38 pm. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes before it was ready.

Every time I have ordered a smoothie through the app and set the time for it to be ready it has been more than 10 minutes late. Improving this would be amazing because I am often on my way to somewhere, and the hold up can be really frustrating.

My last Protein Bowl was excellent. I came back a few days later to enjoy another.
Sadly, this one was lacking in flavor and very skimpy on the toppings ( I even added coconut to my order for extra flavor).
Fortunately, I happen to get 40% off my order that day…. So I didn’t waste to much $$.

On the whole my smoothie was great. I usually get the AB Health Nut. This time the flavor was great but the fragments of almond inside the smoothie were rock hard. I almost chipped a tooth on one and that's not an exaggeration. I thought they might have been shells but every time I spat one out they were definitely the nut itself.

Hi, this is the second time I order an acai bowl and it's ready passed the time it was promised. I'm usually not in a rush but today I was, had to wait an extra 7 minutes for my bowl (22 minutes from time ordered to time it was ready). I get it, it happens sometimes, just bummed that today I had to wait longer making me a little late for work. I'll watch my time on my end, if you can watch yours too maybe things will work out.
