My juices were deliver without seal and got open and spill , when I requested a refund a manager call me back an agreed on the refund that never happen, they have me calling DoorDash , DoorDash told me they refund nektar and they need to do the refund but when I call back nektar another manager told me that they could not do the refund to contact corp and corp send them a message because they are private franchise as of today nobody contact me so corp honored a store credit instead, don’t use this location obviously they do not take good care of their customers👎

Frequent Nekter often and this location is the worst. Two girls working, not a customer in the place but made us wait. The order was incorrect and they added items I didn’t order. Had to give me a cash refund on those items because the POS system was not accepting a refund . Sorry don’t waste your time here. Zero customer service and no sense of urgency to produce the orders.
I usually go right after the gym and today I placed an order online and saw that you guys had a strawberry banana protein smoothie. I was excited to try it and I’m so glad I got it! It tasted amazing and had everything in there that I’ve been wanting to make on my own. This will be my new go to. The chia seeds makes it even better! Also, I didn’t have to wait long for it. It was ready before the time it said it was going to be ready. Love that it’s not far from the gym!
