This is the second time I came to this location and my drink was not ready. I made sure to order early and arrive at the pick up time stated. When I arrived my drinks were not ready. The employee was alone and doing her best to keep up with demand. I love nekter but unfortunately don’t have 45+ to wait for my drink every time.

Normally this store is slow and the workers are soooooo super rude. Half the time I feel bad for ordering because their attitudes are just that bad. This specific time the girl was a little nicer but almost every single time I’ve been here I wished i hadn’t.

i’m here on a work trip and this place is within walking distance of my hotel. i LOVE the aesthetic, and i love the açaí bowls and protein poppers! the staff is very friendly too!

Ordered a protein power bowl. Flavor was great and was filling, unfortunately my bowl was rock hard frozen and was not able to eat for a while. My planned breakfast meal turned into a brunch meal.

Sometimes the açaí bowl is only half filled. Sometimes it is 70%-100% filled. Same bowl. It’s a $9-11 so I hope it’s 90% filled all the time. Just like the picture.
