Quality of bowls has lacked for sure. My daughter had "yellow" strawberry in her banana berry bowl. You would have to be color blind to see it wasnt red. I took a picture of it. The Chino Hills location needs a little quality control guidance. The other 4 bowls were fine.

I ordered my item via the app, when I arrived my order could not be found. Waited for about 6-8 mins, then the young lady came over and asked my name again. I showed her my confirmation email and she apologized and promptly made my order. She was very apologetic and sweet.. just not a very time efficient visit when I was in a hurry.
