This was my first trip to this location - I ordered on the app and everything was ready prior to my arrival. I was able to grab and go. Our smoothies were better than expected!

I love Nekter, but there could be more consistency with the smoothies. About half the time, the smoothies are watery and not as thick as they should be, and/or they are not blended very well.

I thought the order was completed in an adequate amount of time. The service and product were both substandard, at best. When I arrived, the employee briefly acknowledged me as she handed me the product and only commented, "The spoons are over there." There were no other customers inside the location to tend to. She then rushed back to the read portion of the business. Also, I paid extra for chia seeds, chocolate chips, and extra coconut. NONE of these items were added. I discovered this once I arrived home. Lastly, please do yourself a favor and analyze your competition, or you will run the risk of becoming extinct. TruBowl is a FAR more superior business offering more bases as options and are extremely generous with their toppings - a very nice perk that likely doesn't put too much financial setback on the business. With this in mind, I will never return to Nekter. I truly hope you will objectively evaluate these comments and consider making some much needed adjustments to boost your customer base. Otherwise, the request for constructive feedback is pointless.
