Quality ingredients, convenient locations. App could be a little better but glad to be able to order ahead. The store employee wasn’t the friendliest (not rude though). She did confess to making a mistake on the order. I didn’t have time wait for a new bowl to be made.

My wife and I enjoyed our smoothies from here. The staff were friendly and service was great! We didn’t have to wait too long for our smoothies.
Visited at 10:30 a.m, on Monday March 16th. Experienced the worst customer service and food quality. I get that it’s understaffed but I feel like that shouldn’t compromise the quality of food and service by that much. When we entered we immediately got an eye roll from the girl making the smoothies. When taking the order, she was practically frowning and barely even looked up. When we asked to add avocado into the smoothies she quickly shut us down and said they were out of avocados, but based on her previous given attitude, it just seemed like she didn’t want to go in the back and get them. When our smoothies came out (we ordered strawberry banana protein smoothies), they were watery, and just tasted like strawberries no bananas, as well as no dates when we added them. I’ve never hit “No tip” as fast as I did this morning, and I usually always tip even if the service is mediocre.
Unfortunately, I didn't get my server's name but she did a wonderful job helping me today. I was in a rush when ordering online and accidentally forgot to mark two things off my order that I was allergic to. When I was handed my drink, I tasted the first one immediately and returned to the counter to ask if it were possible I could get my drink remade. Not only did she remake it and it was delicious, she also helped me see that I forgot to mark the 2nd item I was allergic to on my order as well. That really saved me from a day of being sick! I wish I got her name, but sweetie with the black hair, you were so wonderful! Thank you for helping get my day off to a great start. Hope yours is lovely as well.
