Thank goodness for the mobile ordering, because the wait time and stores always takes very long because they are poorly understaffed. I feel so bad for the girls who work here. From experience every time I have gone in there is usually only one person working with 4 to 6 people minimum in the store ontop mobile orders

I came in to pick up my online order and the lady did not bother to say hello or turn around or even say I’ll be right with you. I patiently waited for her to finish what she was doing. Another customer came and she said hello to them. Another woman came from the back a proceeded to help the new customer before me although I had been waiting. So I spoke and said mam I’m just here to pick up my order. She would not turn around or acknowledge me so I repeated myself and she told me to wait a minute. Then she asked for the name and gave me my order. No customer should be treated that way. It very discourteous and this is the first I’ve experienced this at the chino hills location.
