The banana on top, the part facing up, that you initially see when viewing the top of the bowl, was bruised/oxidized, while this may be acceptable to consume it is not appealing to the eye, especially at this price point. Otherwise I've been a happy customer for many years.

The acai superfood bowl is my usual order and this is the third time that it has been missing the special toppings that come with it. Needs better quality control!

Love Nekter. Sometimes it is a hit or miss when I order an açaí Bowl and the açaí amount is either a lot or very little.

I love the smoothie bowls but the service is poor. At least half of the time I don’t get what I ordered and I usually have to wait a while past the allotted time. I don’t like to complain but the mistakes are adding up to not wanting to go back

Bowl came in a broken container that was broken from top to bottom. Large amounts of the bowl were leaking out. I was also charged for two juices but only received one.

I love nectar and have been coming here for quite sometime now but it seeming no one really reads the order placed online. I asked specifically for no granola and it was still put in my yogurt which I didn’t eat nor return because I picked it up on my way to work. It’s very disappointing because this seems to happen quite a bit. Please read carefully when doing online orders I get mistakes happen but this has happen to me 3 times and the 2 times I’ve had time to actually have it corrected this particular time I couldn’t. I was upset because this is my favorite location and I love the peanut butter bowls.

I always go here, but I had ordered online today, and I paid extra for a layer of vanilla chia pudding on my acai banana berry bowl, and when I picked up my order the pudding was missing. I love this place though whenever I come downtown!
