very good, I am so glad you were able to split the bowls for my children

I ordered on the app at 11:10 and was told it would be ready at 11:25. Got there at 11:26. Received my bowl at 11:41. Telling me it will be ready in 15 minutes and then having it take 31 minutes is unacceptable. Please be more accurate on timing.

No mango in my mango açai bowl didn’t notice it until I got home but also, I think some other employees were talking about me and laughing about me behind my back I could be wrong, but it made me feel uncomfortable

My last experience at Nektar was somewhat underwhelming. I had arrived slightly earlier than the pickup time indicated on the app. However, after the pickup time came and went, the two fruit bowls were not ready. When they were finally delivered to us, they had been sitting for quite some time and didn't have the temperature or texture that one would expect from a fresh fruit bowl. The quality of the bowl's ingredients were exemplary. The bowl was tasty and I ate the entire thing. The staff who provided us with the bowls was very apologetic and the staff who greeted us and took our order was welcoming and professional in how they took our order. I will be back.

This is second time I’ve done a mobile order for pick up, and both times I’ve gone straight to the pick up counter like the receipt says to and like the signs in store point to for mobile orders and the cashier or person making the items will look at me and continue to do what their doing. I understand wanting to get the line down, but the cashier would glance over at me, and continue to take orders from people who walked in after me. Once the line was taken, the cashier then proceeded to make smoothies/bowls without any verbal acknowledgment to me. No “Are you here for a pick up?” “Can I help you with anything?” both times this has happened and i’ve waited at least 10 minutes each time until someone finally came up to me and gave me any service. Love the products but starting to hate coming in store.

I love the smoothie bowls at Nekter! The ingredients are fresh and light, not too sugary or frozen. Customizations are usually accurate and customer service is friendly. I don't know if this location has changed management, but the service has dramatically improved!

I always like coming here. My only request is that I wish they would put more agave on the açai bowls

It’s a great place, but inconsistent. Sometimes there’s items missing with no explanation and the smoothies are either watery or icy at times. For example I ordered a protein power bowl and there were no berries in it but there was apple. Another time I ordered a AB health nut. It was very watery with no dates or cacao nibs. You charge a premium price for a premium product, please work on your products being more consistent. Thanks.
