I paid extra for the coconut yogurt but when I got home I found out they forgot to add it to my bowl

For some reason, when I got my bowl today, it was only 2/3 full. There was a lot of empty room in there when usually it reaches the top. What's the big deal?!

Ordered a açaí bowl, and it was not even half full. Never coming to this place again.

Had a great Açaí Mango bowl. But what was not so great was a tiny speck of peanut butter got into the bowl which left my allergic butt with a insanely itchy throat for the rest of the day. Staff needs to be more careful with cross contamination. Luckily I'm not severely allergic to peanut butter.

Paid for both vanilla chia and pb chia and got neither. Clearly the bowl (banana berry bowl) had accidentally been given apples and then taken off and a few bits remained. Had only a few blueberries and a few strawberries which I know is not typical.

I got charged for the almond butter but there wasn’t any on the bowl. It was a delivery order so there was nothing I could do

Blueberries were missing and it would have been great if they could have mentioned that when they handed me my bowl.

I’m pretty happy with the service for the most part. I ordered a dragon fruit bowl with chia pudding today. Unfortunately you guys are out of the pudding. It was disappointing, but I still really enjoyed the bowl :)

My order took over 50 minutes pre-ordered for 2 bowls.

When I asked for a bag, the gentleman working proceeded to hand me a bag and jokingly pulled it away as I reached for it. He did this TWICE! I couldn’t believe it. I grabbed my smoothie and bowl and walked out. I don’t mind a little humor but that was purely inappropriate. Otherwise, we love your products and all other employees are always helpful and clearly hard working.

I love your bowls, and know that they take a little while to make. I placed my order the other morning at 8:22am because I don’t have time to wait, and I still had to wait 15 minutes. They weren’t ready until after 9am. Other orders that had been placed later were already made, and it was super frustrating…

Very positive. Online ordering went very smoothly. Bowl was done on time and was delicious.

I had ordered two combos (bowls + freshers) and upon pickup, only bowls were prepared. Not a big issue, they whipped them up quickly for us. Once back home, we’re realized that neither bowl was marked, but we had ordered one bowl without cashew milk. Upon tasting both, it appeared that they were the same. The reason for ordering without cashew milk was due to a mild allergy, so it wasn’t ideal. Based on two customizations (add fresher/Sub coconut water) not being followed, I’m guessing that our order ticket was not read thoroughly which was really disappointing. We usually have great service without issues otherwise.

My first time having a smoothie from Nekter Place … had an Açaí Smoothie Was well made and has low sugar content which was refreshing Also the service was excellent….. the staff was all smiles and friendly Would definitely come back to this location
