Came here a few times and they tell us they aren’t making fresh juices because they close in 30 min. That is so unacceptable seeing as though fresh juices are your original main menu and it doesn’t take that long to clean the machine and no one is Helpful…they only come out to tell you what they won’t serve you. I won’t be coming back…tired of half ass service

Very disappointing service by nectar, I recently got a 2 juices with my husband, both of them had 60% ice in it, poor service quality. None of the team members were considerate or concerned with customer service.

Very dark inside for a juice bar. Preservatives and thickeners in the already made juices. The smoothies are pretty good. Customer service could improve significantly.

Both times I received an order, it was perfect. A ton of toppings on my bowl and my green juice was great. The first order I got when I was sick with the flu and definitely helped me get back to good health. They did a fantastic job putting my bowls together with quality ingredients. I'm a happy customer.

I used to go to this location all the time with my husband, but it seems like there may be new ownership and the quality has reduced by tenfold. Drinks are watered down with barely any fruit. The smoothie I ordered was more like a juice not a smoothie at all. Açaí bowls rapidly melt because of all the ice added. We will not be returning to this location anymore.

Love this place. The smoothies, juices and bowls are always on point. Everyone that works here is very friendly, I truly love the staff. The only downside is they always are short staff. Usually two people working which personally don’t think is enough. Sometimes they can be pretty slow, even when you order ahead of time on the app. I do think the Roseville location is a bit better only because they have more staff which orders come out quicker. I come here once a week for my juices and smoothie bowls they make it right every time.

Fresh pressed juice and they are always willing to do custom juice blends too. People don't understand how good fresh pressed veggie juice is, and how healthy (esp. if you have high blood pressure).

I placed my order online but I wish there was a section to add additional instructions for the order since I like apple juice in place of coconut water for my bowl. This would be very helpful instead of having to call in those instructions.

The employees were friendly. I purchased two 3 day detox online. When I arrived to pick them up I was told that they did not have the last juices in the detox so they replaced it with the celery. I would of appreciated to be notified or to receive a discount for this inconvenience.

Meh. Ordered a fresh juice, paid $10ish, they pulled a sealed bottle out of the fridge and handed it to me. That’s not really how it works IMHO
