great customer service and best smoothie bowl i’ve had!

I ordered a bowl with extra toppings and they completely left them out. It seems like if it’s close to closing, nothing matters. This isn’t the first time that bowls have been made poorly. I am a consistent customer and I tip well everytime and it just kinda sucks when you don’t feel like they cared about your order. If it is such a hassle to operate near closing, I suggest hiring more people or increasing incentive for those hours. I understand the rush to get home but money is money, and service is service. When I pay money, especially leaving a healthy tip, I would at the minimum the order I asked for. I will remain a customer, I just wish it was different.

I cannot tell you enough how delicious the açaí bowls are! Give me some extra cacao nibs and goji berries with extra peanut butter on top, not mixed in! The only problem I have with them is that they’re not closer to my apartment because I cannot get enough of their bowls! If anyone leaves anything less than a 5 star rating - they’re either being pedantic or maybe they should get checked for covid because their taste buds aren’t working correctly!

I love this place. Everything tastes so fresh and the staff is always super friendly. My favorites are the mango smoothie bowl and turmeric sunrise 🤤

The staff is always welcoming at this location I usually get an acai bowl with peanut butter and it's the perfect way to start off my day. The portions are large and very filling.

Nice place in a cute part of Downtown. Kinda pricey and the dragon fruit açaí bowl wasn’t that flavorful.

This place has so much to offer! Their smoothies and smoothie bowls are bomb, but my favorite thing there by far is their ice cream! All natural, dairy free and no refined sugar or dyes! The charcoal vanilla is my absolute favorite. I could eat it everyday and never feel guilty! I have a wheat allergy and Nekter staff is always on top of it making sure cross contamination is not an issue. Highly recommend them! Great for folks with food allergies!

Place is awesome and customer service on point. I come here almost every day for lunch. The acaci bowls and super natural smoothies are incredible. The owner and team remember my name even if I haven't come by for a month. Totally unexpected and a pleasant experience. And my favorite peanut butter bowl is consistent and so fresh. I can't get enough.
