The curly head guy that worked 10/19 around 3pm is so darn cute. He was so friendly and made my experience pleasant! He accidentally put apples on my bowl when I didn’t want them, he insisted on fixing it and I said it’s ok. I actually really liked that apples! Such a cute face, give him a raise or something free at the least!

I paid for extra peanut butter on top for two bowls, and it was only added to one bowl. This has been a common problem at this location.

Very friendly staff, order was ready before pickup time. Was bummed to find that there was no peanut butter or cocoa nibs(paid extra for these), my favorite part of an açaí bowl. This has happened before, and may effect my willingness to return…especially since there are other açaí locations in the area now.

I have gone to Nekter in Eastvale numerous times. Each time the quality has gone down more and more. This last time I ordered 5 bowls through the app. When I picked them up, the containers were only filled half way, much less fruit and they were runny. I called but was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. That they would tell the manager the next day and I would get a call back. Manager never called me back. There are multiple other stores within the town to get bowls. I guess it’s time to give those other stores my family’s business.

Two of the three bowls I ordered were barely above the halfway mark. They weren’t even close to the top. I order a lot and am disappointed to have to pay for that.
