My bowl was missing apples, was not able to go back as I had to return to work. Overall is was still good and the workers were friendly.

I order from here often and it’s always amazing, today the peanut bowl was a little to watery and washed out the flavor but we still ate it?

Amazing staff!!! Friendly staff. Clean location. The bowls and juices are amazing. Thank you everyone for always making everything perfect!

Bowl was a bit bland I’ve had this bowl before it was an almond butter protein bowl it lacked taste this time around kinda sad about it

I want to say that the lady who made my bowls was wonderful. That being said, a lady who was sitting at a table, walked behind the counter and proceeded to make her own bowl. She used her bare hands to scoop fruit and even popped a few blueberries and strawberries into her mouth. She touched the counters and put those hands into the containers to grab fruit. I was disgusted and after she left I spoke with the lady making my bowls. She told me this woman had been the owners wife. I told her that I was disgusted by what she did. She went to the back to get fresh ingredients to use for my bowls. I feel this is wrong, gross, irresponsible not just because of COVID but in general. It’s just not right. I would have walked out of this establishment if I hadn’t already paid. The lady working there was very understanding and super nice and professional about it. At least they hire professional people. Of course I have my doubts how things are handled in the back where we can’t see.

There have been a few times now that we’ve ordered extra of something on top of our bowls and it’s been left off. When we order extra things and are charged for it, I think it’s important to triple check orders.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my two bowls and 1 smoothie even though I ordered ahead. There was nothing wrong with the worker. It’s just that she was the only one and so we ended up having to wait almost an hour.

Lately, when I come my orders have been messed up. Today they forgot to put peanut butter on both bowls, and racetracks granola. The PB health but did not have extra cacao. Two weeks ago my celery juice was brown and tasted like carrots. Just been poor service at this location, the chino hills location has better customer service and the orders are always on point!

Overall great experience! There were two employees behind the counter, one making dinks/bowls and the other at the register. Both were doing a fantastic job! I’m new to Eastvale and almost everywhere I’ve been I have had an issue with service, absolutely not here at Eastvale Nekter, thank you!

MY ACAI BOWL HAS TOO LITTLE BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, AND STRAWBERRIES. I WISH THEY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF BANANAS, BLUEBERRIES, AND STRAWBERRIES. I PAID SO MUCH YET I GOT SO LITTLE.

Gave me wrong item (Almond butter bowl had no almond butter at all). I get this few times a week through work so know how it should taste. Wrote customer service and no response yet.

I had to wait for the employee to come from the back stock room, about 2 minutes. Worth the wait because it was one of the best bowls I’ve had. Very fresh fruit and perfect crunch topping. It was delicious

Not bad this time! I got the Popeyes açaí and it wasn’t as purple last time but it was bomb so it’s okay lol

I ordered an acai bowl to go. When i received it, it was only half full. I paid full price therefore i expect a full bowl.
