I ordered my item online. When i went to go pick it up it still wasnt ready. According to confirmation email my order was supposed to be ready at 9:39am. It is after 10am and i am still waiting for my acai dragon bowl.

I love nekter. I do wish that the acai did not have pineapple in them as I have an allergy, but I am happy with the pitaya. Orders always take longer than the app says it will, but it's worth the wait. Absolutely love the chia pudding, wish I could buy a vat of it!

Nekter is my go-to shop for when I'm doing a detox juice cycle. When I'm too busy to do my juicing at home, I trust them to do it for me! Plus, their shakes and acai bowls are delicious 😋 !

I waited 20 minutes for a drink when I got inside she said it would be another 15-20 minutes for everything even tho I ordered ahead. Also after spending 30 dollars worth my drink had no flavor and the bowl wasn’t prepared to its best

the food/drinks are always tasty. i've grown to like the earthier shots because of how much better they make me feel. i like the customer service here a lot even though it generally takes longer than quoted in the app for pickup. i get it, though, i'm not mad. but the employees are usually so nice and i enjoy coming in. this might not be the place for this next comment but maybe it can be passed along to someone higher. i loved the acai here until a couple years back when you started bending it with pineapple and can't have that part removed. i am super allergic to pineapple so it's a bummer. the pitaya is good but if i ever have a choice, it's the acai for me. i have to imagine this decision was made to save money but i'd gladly pay more for pure acai.

Everything was great except I order two of the same bowls with one having a booster added for my husband. When I got home, I noticed the bowls were not marked so we had to guess which one had the booster added. Not sure if he got the right one or not.

My order was given to someone else. Had to wait to have them remake the 2 açaí bowls.

The gentleman who made my bowl was extremely kind and provided great service.

Daniel knows me by name and makes feel welcome whenever I walk into the building. He has a great attitude about Customer service and a jovial demeanor. He once asked me if I liked the way my Acai Popeyes smoothie tasted and was willing to replace it if I didn't like it. I have other options for my Acai smoothie but this attitude and good customer service has me coming back to your store though it's more expensive than the other options out there

I ordered my food online and I was to pick up at 10:32. I showed up at 10:47 and my juices were not ready, only my fruit bowl. Since I had to be somewhere, I told the workers that I will be back today later on around 730 or 8 PM to pick up my juices that we’re not ready. Not sure what happened usually good service and my order is always ready.

I’ve love the staff at Nekter they are always positive, quick to make our orders but with quality! Never disappointing my pops and I, we love our protein bowls…well all the bowls. Filling without the guilt!
