Ordered a Acai Mango bowl ..I tried it and I was very disappointed..it had no flavor and very watered down. Went back to let them know about the bowl. The girl had an attitude about it and said that how it supposed to be. I let her know that I had plenty of Acai Bowls before and never like this. I asked if I could get something else or a refund. She said what do I want? with an attitude. I let her know what I wanted. Never again will I go to this Néktər place in Eastville again. Very disappointed on the customer service and the Acai bowl.

Workers were very nice and polite. But the product was not good. I ordered extra peanut butter and whey protein, hoping that the consistency would be much thicker. But I got soup texture for my bowl. I had to throw it away. If I had more time, I would have gone back to ask them to make it again.

Then realized it was not right.
The order was promptly re made.
But staff was not pleased that the orders had special requests of ingredients.
