Accurate and prompt service. The female employee was polite and helpful. My only issue is that I’m paying more for less (bowls were not filled to the top).

Great greeting, my daughter was feeling down with upset stomach. And I decided to stop by and get her a quick acai .the young girls made her feel so much better, thank you girls and great care and customer ❤️

Walking in with a great greeting from 2 young girls, I ordered an acai bowl online for my daughter cause she was sick so I decided it was a great idea to get an acai to make her feel better and it did.the girls in the shop were so great and awesome.. thank you

Took a little to long and Açaí bowl was below average sadly. Customer service was good tho.

The last two visits that I got the power protein bowl it was not all the way full. I feel like the amount the bowl cost it should at least be full. I get the same bowl at the Anaheim Hills location next to my work and it has always been full. Need to work on consistency between locations. Thanks

Not very good. I usually visit the Nekter in Upland,Ca. They give me my monies worth. At your location the bowls are not filled enough

My order was ready when promised, and was kept chilled which was nice. The team member was friendly, greeted me, and helped me right away. Our bowls were delicious!

Good service, just a very busy location I feel bad for the staff, might need more staff for the busier hours. Good bowls and smoothies, and friendly/helpful staff, clean store.

I’ve been to several locations, not once have I received four bowls that were just a little bit over half full. Tried the new raspberry bowl, it was missing the top drizzle.

Sometimes bowls are filled all the way to the top and sometimes only about half. Not consistent but very delicious

Employees are very friendly and was very helpful and showed me how to use my app and my bowl was prepared. Perfect.

they need to learn to use ripe fruit and nicely assemble full bowls, not measly ones

Mango bowl didn’t taste like mango. Color was off as well
