Smoothie was not great quality and not matching description

Waited almost 40 min. for 2 juices. 3 workers there, 2 were making smoothies and 1 was making the juices. She was really slow. Kept checking the amount going into cup and referencing chart on wall. 2 people ordered after us there and they got drinks before us. I went up and said something and staff was just like “oops sorry” Going through some of the reviews indicate this is an ongoing issue at this location. Pretty disappointed with the spot.

Could use some improvement. My second time back I waited an hour for my smoothie when everyone else who a ordered after me got theirs before me. These were not online orders. I was ignored for that hour until a employee came in for thier shift and asked if I needed help. They then immediately made my smoothie. I will still continue to come back, the smoothies are excellent. I will give 5 stars despite that one time.

I got there & was ignored until one of the ladies finished what she was doing...not even a quick hi, like I get at the other location(Preston center) I go to. I got my smoothie and a pretty skimpy protein bowl. The last time I was there, it was similar. I only go there if I'm really craving a fruit drink or bowl, and don't want to drive to dallas.

I ordered ahead online and when I arrived, my order had not been started but people who ordered right as I got there were receiving their orders. I had to wait 20minutes past when my order said it would be ready. Then the employee just left my smoothie on the counter, never letting me know it was ready until I came to the counter a second time and asked

2nd time coming here and the first time paid $12.26 for a large create your own smoothie. This time I ordered the same exact smoothie and paid $16.01. Told the clueless girl up front why I was being charged more and she said shes not sure. I definitely will not be coming back to a place where they upcharge and don't know why. Almost $4 more for a shake...please

Rude employees at this location unfortunately :( got a pink too faced smoothie and it had the pits of the dates (or something like small plastic bits that looked like almonds idk?? Super weird)) in it and almost chipped my tooth. I called to let them know to warn them for future customers & the lady was super rude on the phone. Sorry I usually never do this but Nektar is supposed to be a high vibe place right??? Not this one.

The smoothie was good and the time from getting in and out was exceptional. Highly recommended

Visits to this location are always odd. It seems like only one staff member is fully trained/doing it all. Smoothies are good though.

It was my first time walking through the door and the lady at the front was SOOO nice and sweet. I’m huge on first impressions and she was amazing. I’m for sure going back again!! Not to mention my smoothie was delicious!! I can’t wait to explore more of their menu!

My order was not ready in time and both açaí bowls were very watery like smoothies.

The last 2 bowls I got from you were so runny they were more like a smoothie (thinner actually) with solid fruit in it. Not sure why but a bowl should not be liquid
