The smoothie bowl was not made how I ordered it. Açaí was not subbed for pitaya. No chia seeds were added. Cacao nibs we’re added on top but not requested.

The Popeyes smoothie with peanut butter was delicious! The mango smoothie my son ordered had peanut butter in there even though I didn’t order it that way and my son didn’t like it.

Overall I have had a very nice experience. On one occasion I needed assistance with a online free smoothie coupon. It wasn’t coming up when I tried to scan it. You could see the coupon on my phone but the only one that keep trying to being redeemed was a “free shot” coupon. I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted a way to extend my coupon that was to expire that day to extend it by one day. The sales associate initially told me there was nothing that can be done. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager said I needed to deal with someone online. I think reminding associates that even though they may not think there is nothing that can be done, you should always seek a manager to make sure that is the case.

The manager here is awful, leaves the building a mess which is disgusting, and tropical smoothie is way better anyways

I was very impressed with the customer service given by Leah. As a first time customer, I was stumped on what to order for my post-Thanksgiving guilt-free pick me up. Leah gladly advised me on which options suited my needs. I went with the Pineapple Matcha green smoothie. It was perfect for what I needed. It definitely served its purpose. I have downloaded the app and I plan on coming back soon!

I was just looking for a smoothie online, and I was enticed by y’all’s menu and the ability to order online for pickup. I’m a delivery driver, and my order was ready when I got there and it was delicious and energizing just as I had hoped. The Elderberry is the drink I had. Awesome sauce.

Great service and smoothies always fresh

I love Nekter smoothies, juices and smoothie bowls! However, the service today was pretty terrible. When I arrived to pick up my order placed through the app, it wasn’t ready. That’s not too unusual. However, they made my smoothie wrong (didn’t add the PB) and they didn’t make my juice, I had to ask for it.

I had a great experience. The manager was extremely helpful with my gift card purchase going above and beyond. And my smoothie was delicious.

Love this place! Great option for juices and healthy smoothies (not the sugar smoothies like jj and sk). Recommend getting the app and ordering ahead as it does take a little extra time to hand craft their menu items. See you there!

great smoothies and the staff was so nice! We were doing a challenge where we order three random drinks without knowing what we're buying, and the guy working was super cool about it! He gave us a good little challenge :D

Understaffed, rude and inconsistent preparation of drinks. When I went in on a Saturday, there were 8 people and one staff taking orders and making drinks. UPDATED: visited on 2/8/20; service was great, fully staffed and smoothie was made great... changed to 5 stars
