Well done. Best Smoothie made to go

Experience was good but this was the second time I ordered a PB&J Smoothie and the staff forgot to add in the strawberry jam chia at the bottom. It's inconvenient for me to return and have to ask for my smoothie to be redone.

I felt like the Smoothies I received were very watered down and not great quality - I didn't even finish them. Similarly, this was an order that I was picking up and upon walking in, the woman at the counter said "I literally just got it" in a not very kind tone of voice. Not the best experience.

Nekter Juice Bar has made its share a comfort for my family and friends. We enjoy sitting down together and creating fond moments at this place while eating our açaí bowls and smoothies.

Free smoothie coupon takes 3 days to post I would have liked clarification.

Had never heard of this place, but stopped in expecting more of a smoothie vibe, it’s not really that at all. They juice the fruit right in front of you and everything was SO fresh! They made a DELICIOUS juice and had the NICEST staff!

Out of bowls and you give an açaí bowl in a cup without giving a credit??? Not as much fruit or smoothie...

It’s was very good, I think 21 minutes is a little long for an açaí bowl and and smoothie but still great!

I went to pick up my order 30 minutes after ordering. It was not prepared. No one acknowledged me upon entering the location. Although the bell rings when the door opens. The 2 ladies just kept doing what they were. Only one customer in the store so it wasn't a busy time of day. Not even an apology for having to wait for an item ordered 30 minutes before. My smoothie was rushed so it was lumpy. And now I have to get back to work. Definitely not a good experience at all today.

Without taking customer service into account (because it wasn't positive or negative), I was unsatisfied with my smoothie and even took the time to try to delete my profile on the app. Since I couldn't find the proper way to do it, I simply logged out and deleted the app. Maybe it was poor choice in the first item I'd gotten here, but my friend who referred me to get the free item by downloading the app was also unsatisfied with his choice which was different from mine. If the recipient of this survey is able to, please have someone delete the profile under as I won't be coming back. Thank you in advance.

The workers seemed very stressed and anxious about all the online orders they had to fill. While I was there four walk-in customers ended up leaving because they were not acknowledged let alone orders taken, even after 5 minutes. One worker had her hair falling out and I wondered if any hair had gotten into my smoothie. I had the time to wait, but there have been other times where I was the walk-in who wasn’t greeted and left after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order. I really like Nekter, but the experience has been like this for me almost every time over the last year.

I wasn’t able to use the $5 Superfood Smoothie reward and there wasn’t any suggestions on what was to be considered as a Superfood smoothie. Other than that the juice and elderberry smoothie was good. Thank you!!!

The smoothies are decent, but the Manager and staff are rude. I wouldn’t eat here ever. Not worth dealing with rude people.

I felt great! I watched an employee slice her finger while cutting the fruit to put into the juicer and another employee making a smoothie stopped what she was doing and assisted her in first-aid! It was great seeing that they knew exactly what to do during this accident. I hope the employee and her finger are recovering well!
