I mentioned to the employee about the app and when ordering how confusing it can be when it comes to the protein. I ordered a protein bowl and it made my choose no boost or protein to proceed with the order. It's very confusing. So I tried to get to the store extra early to make sure my protein was added in there even though the app made me select no protein or boost.

Usually order from this location and no issues. Today ordered online order not ready printer not working. Made what should have been an in and out process another 20min. Very inconvenient especially when you have a toddler with you the whole reason for ordering online. Not happy with the service received today.

Staff members were very friendly and welcoming. We love coming here and getting protein drinks.

Order was complete almost 10 mins past when it was quoted for an online one, putting the total time to make it at almost 25 minutes. When I did walk in there were 2 other customers there. Not sure why it was so delayed

I love Nekter. However the past few times we have ordered we have had some problems.

I always order online and 9/10 they get the order correct. I love this place just make sure you pay attention to specifications with orders. I cannot have cacao nibs and sometimes they are still in my protein bowl. I scoop them out but I lose part of the granola on top.

Great! Took awhile to receive but the girls were running around working. Feel like you could use more help.

I love Nékter and visit this establishment multiple times a month. Overall service and product have been great but wished there was more variety for green juices.
