My pickup orders always seem to be delayed at least 5 minutes every time, sometimes up to 15 minutes late. Maybe the time estimate needs to just be increased to properly set expectations. Drinks and bowls are always perfect tho!

Well, I asked for protein powder and granola on the side. The granola was not in the side and not sure that I actually got the protein powder….other than that it was fine. Definitely won’t order online to ensure order accuracy.

Ordered on the app and it was ready to go when I got there. Very friendly employee. 9 because of the general cost of the product.

I enjoy my smoothie and juices, and it's great for when you're in a hurry. Online ordering is awesome for those last-minute needs ,freshness and taste are always delicious 😋

The bowl doesn’t look anything like the photo, very sloppy, couldn’t even tell if there were strawberries in it. I also added pineapple and mango but not sure if those are in. My bowl was not full, at least an inch under the lid.

The customer service/greetings are hit or miss. Today one staff person ignored me but thankfully another soon followed and addressed me. And then bowls are too runny for my taste - I would prefer for them to be thicker. I could easily drink a bowl with a straw - they are basically a smoothie. Elsewhere the bowls have a thicker consistency which is better suited for a bowl/to eat with a spoon... Thanks for all the vegan options!!

I ordered online and when I got to the store stood there for roughly 4 minutes before someone was available to hand off my order. There were three people working but none of them helping at the front. When I did get my smoothie it tasted super watered down and wasn’t even a full cup. The smoothie was about an inch and a half from the top.
