Just like everything else in 2026, everyone only posts the negatives. Well here is a positive review from a regular here a few times a week.
This place can be extremely busy, doing takeout and in store ordering, and anyone who spent a second observing would know that. Sure you might wait 5-10 minutes, but it’s not McDonald’s, it’s fresh. They are still very quick consistently, efficient, and make a great smoothie every time!! Everyone has been nice that I have talked to that works here, great customer service while they are working hard
You guys make very good product, and the staff yesterday was very nice. I have had less pleasant experiences with the male manager who was there often, as he seemed very stressed and not the most freindly. I had a problem with the receipt I received (it wouldn't add the points to my account) and staff was not able to help at all. But yesterday was very good. I feel like online ordering is a better experience and those orders take priority to in-store orders. The wait seems long (15min+ ususally)

Worst Nektar around, came in, no one greeted me, had to order on a robot, wanted to use cash, seemed way to hard for the 40 yr old dude. Terrible customer experience. Do not go here.
