Nekter Juice Bar - Littleton

I work out across the street at vasa & want to love this place but dang, don’t give them your money. 3 people working, took 20 minutes for 1 smoothie. I don’t understand. The customer service is sooo bad.

There were two girls working and offering help/assistance to me. Both wanted to ensure I was taken care of.

Takes forever to order something, their juices are great. But their customer service sucks.

I have nothing bad to say about the store and the service overall since everyone was very friendly and the order came out very fast, however today I received my order and I am pretty sure I got the incorrect drink. I ordered a green apple detox with chia seeds but my drink tasted like something completely different , parsley and celery were some of the notes I was getting, not the usual ginger and crispness of the apple and lemon. I should have gone back and informed the staff but I was in a hurry to get home so I decided to sip away although it was not what I ordered. I’ve ordered this drink plenty of times so I know what it should taste like and it tasted nothing like I was expecting.

My parfait was made differently then normal. It was supposed to be two parts yogurt but was filled with a ton of fruit instead. It was still great but there wasn’t much of a base

Great place to have a healthy snack.

I was notified that my order was completed slightly different from what I had ordered and given the choice to correct it. I appreciated the attention to detail and the time spent to explain and offer a correction.

Claims to be a juice bar. Doesn't have beet on the menu lol. Beets are the base for so many different juice blends.

Love the healthy food and drink options at Nekter. Friendly staff and timely service.

My hubby gave me $$ specifically for Nekter. I have been unemployed since February & recently got a job with the post ofc. My depression has not been good. I ordered an Acai Superfood Bowl with add-ons. Cashier asked if I wanted a build your own bowl: not understanding that everything is blended & with partial hearing loss didn't hear that she had said that. Order came out ALL BLENDED. I mentioned that there was no fruit on top. The. person in charge came over & said (paraphrase) I heard her explain the difference. I responded I didn't hear/understand. Both seemed content with having me eat it. I asked for my $$ back: "we're busy right now". I waited. BTW: the Acai Superfood already comes with veggies. She offered me a build your own acai banana berry-the veggies weren't included but adtl charge. I don't understand why byo was offered. I left in tears: disappointed as the experience was not what I expected. I won't be back. I had been a customer for a long time. The ONLY reason this is not a 2 or 1 is bcuz the order taker offered to make my "order" but I had already waited & Spvr had already said they were busy. Not looking forward to telling my hubby. *I paid cash (which is why I didn't order ahead or use their kiosk option)* **Acai Superfood Bowl: add-ins. Vanilla pea protein. More agave on top. Blue vanilla cashew on top**

Both the food and customer service I received at Nekter was fantastic!

Great visit. My order was ready when I arrived.
