Today was the first day we have been here. We ordered three different açaí bowls. We had our first açaí bowl yesterday at Coco Loco in Aurora. It was delicious. I did like the bowl here but the staff was untrained on their own app and the manager that came to help was very rude and seemed bothered toby the request for help. I know that people have bad days, learn to rise above them because that is what they pay you for.
They can be very busy so be patient but it’s worth the wait!

The smoothies are good! The staff look healthy and we’re kind but it took about 25 minutes to receive a smoothie. The manager was overwhelmed, but also very very non-communicative.
There were 18 customers waiting in the store, often times with no employee standing in the front of the store to facilitate interactions with customers. It was comical. One patron asked for a refund and was denied.
I understand the scenarios that lead to a store being short handed, but the way the customers were being cared for here was not acceptable. This place could be changing owners or on its way out of business based on how it was being managed.
Nekter is my favorite place for raw vegan juices and treats!

Overall I really want to make this my regular spot for fresh juice. However, the inconsistencies with the single-make your own juice- continues to be hit or miss. Adding water before adding the juice does just that water down the juice.

I love this place but I wasn’t acknowledged for awhile waiting on the online order side. I ordered without coco nibs as they make me sick and it had it in it and I got very sick to my stomach Saturday night. Couldn’t see them with the greens in there. Makes me not want to come back.
