Quality of bowls is amazing. Customer service needs to be better. I mean even just a tiny smile goes a long way…like you appreciate the local support. I try and tip 30-40 percent everytime I go in and not sure why I do that anymore. Love the product though.

I realize that my pick up order was at 5:39p. I went into the store to grab my bowl which was amazing by the way. I had intentions of ordering a smoothie but wanted to ask some questions. The customer service person was more interested in closing the place so I decided to leave and not order one.

I enjoy going to Nektar when I'm near the area. The staff is always friendly. I customized the mango delight and added banana. Even with extra mango I couldn't really taste the mango.
