I was not going to comment but since you asked... I visit your establishment occasionally so today I got the app and ordered online to save time. I was approaching as I paid so I waited in the car because the app did approximate 15 min. There is rarely anyone in your store at that time but I gave 10 min grace. When I entered, there were no employees in sight and my ticket was sitting on the machine. It took a few minutes for someone to come from the back. Once she did, she made my order. My complaint is simply, why delay when the drink could have been made and ready, saving my time, which is the purpose of ordering ahead. I enjoy your beverages but would appreciate ease if using the app. Also, your prices are a bit high, to be honest.

Customer service was good but my ginger shot tasted like water? Hoping this isn't going to be a daily thing because I used to really like them. Also the smoothie wasn't made very good either, too much spinach, not enough blueberry (Popeyes Acai). Consistency is something I struggle to obtain from this location. Made me wanna buy my own blender and juicer to be honest.

I especially like this location. I’ve been to a couple of other locations in my area (Anaheim Hills & another Brea -Kramer) & this location never disappoints me. The other locations sometimes don’t taste as good as the last time I got an item from that location. This location is always consistent with their products so I appreciate that. Thank you!

I ORDERED 6 5 DAY DETOX CLASSICS FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. JUICES WERE DONE IN TIME HOWEVER I HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR AN UPDATE AS I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY ME MY ORDER WAS READY.
