I got a açaí mango bowl today. I have to say it’s not with $8.95. Just a little strawberry on top and I’m shocked but canned pineapples??? A few pieces of cubed canned pineapples gave my bowl and weird metallic taste.

The last two times I have been in the Brea locations there has been unanswered questions.
1) how do I use my online gift card.
They couldn’t help me
2) I and friends received an email “But one Bowl this week and Get One Bowl Free next week”. We bought our bowls and asked the location how we get our “free “ bowl next week. The reply from the employees “we haven’t heard of that offer”. We probably wouldn’t have ordered if the “Offer” was a true Offer!

Great service, friendly staff, great food! One issue is that this location doesn't answer the phones. I was trying to verify my pickup order and couldn't reach anyone to confirm. It would be good if someone would answer the phone.

I go to this location ONLY because is close to me. The service is aweful, so the less interaction I can have with them the better. The ladies attitude is entitle and bother by the customer.

I mistakenly scheduled my pick-up an hour later than my planned arrival (11:30 am). When I went to pick up my order, they said it was scheduled for an hour later (12:30 pm). They happily made the drink quickly and deliciously. Well done! I will try not to schedule my orders for Mountain Time. ; )
