I always place my orders for pickup on my app. There has yet to be an instance when I receive friendly service when I pickup. The girls seem bothered and with a major attitude every time I pickup. It's seldom when I physically order in the store and it's not different. They need to improve their customer service and be more friendly with customers. Don't treat customers like you are doing them a favor@

Everything was ready when we got there. We walked in and they were ready to give us our order. We had accidentally ordered from the other store, so that sucked, but my own fault. lol

This is my favorite location. I always order the protein power functional bowl. I use order pick up and my order is always perfect and my bowl is filled to the top. I ordered the same bowl at the Costa Mesa location on 10/16/2021 and when I picked up my order pick up, my bowl was not filled to the top and was it was noticeable but I did not say anything. I returned to the Brea location on 10/18 and as expected, my order pick up was ready and filled to the top. I will never return back to the Costa Mesa location which lacked in quality control and service.

Amazing customer service, I really think the employees are doing a great job they’re constantly working I can tell they’re always busy and my smoothies and shakes are always delicious I love this place! My only complaint is I wish that you were open 24 seven! Thanks again I will continue to come here
