My only wish is that you would go back to opening at 7am on weekdays. Pre-COVID, I would always be able to stop in, get a bowl, and be on time for work at 7:30.
I understand first COVID, and now knock on effects from COVID (hiring difficulties) probably stop you from doing this right now. Just something I hope returns someday in the future.

Brea Gateway is the best Nekter location by far, they always fill my bowl up to the top unlike some other locations I have been too in the past. I will go out of my way to order from this location!!

I deleted the first survey I received bc I didn’t have anything great to say, but I got another one, so I’ll do it then. The drink was fine, but the customer service at this particular location is not so great. I really avoid going there, but I had to last Saturday. I don’t know what it is, but the employees always seem so miserable there. I try to stick to the one at Imperial and Beach or the Whittier location bc they’re so much nicer at those stores.

Don't go here if you are allergic or intolerant to nuts. They don't have real milk as an option.
Very disappointed in this location. Order wasn't ready on time. So I couldn't enjoy it on my break. They weren't apologetic at all. Very moody no smiles. Always come to this location. But not great service.
Recently they've had bad customer service. Especially the girl with pink/red hair. She's rude all the time I ago, doesn't even acknowledge you. Not going back
