Every time I come to this location; I feel very confident because I know they prepare the food with attention to detail. For example, if I request a celery juice not to have apple in it then my drink will not have apple in it and that is something that as a customer I truly appreciate. I recommend this particular location often because the customer service is top notch. The staff is always so helpful and friendly which today is very refreshing. The store is always so clean and well kept. I can't ever remember walking into this location and it ever being dirty. I especially love that if they are ever out of an item the staff will give a great recommendation that is very close to what I was looking for. In the past I have been to places that they are out of an item and the staff will just say sorry we are out of this item and make no effort to find something similar which is why this location stands out from other nekter locations.

I like nekter. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the music being played and that would depend on who is working. As I was waiting for my order I watched to different customers walk in and stand there about 20 seconds and walk out. With one of the songs being played they were dropping the “N” word about every 3rd word. I believe one of the customers left because of that. He was a older gentleman.
