I think the girl who was working today was very rude and inattentive to customers. She even made a remark as I was walking away thinking I didn’t hear her when she said “i hate wen they’re rude”. When it was reversed. I was waiting patiently and quietly. She took her time servicing me and was shouting across the room instead of walking up to the counter like all the rest of employees who work there and have helped me. I always come in and have always enjoyed and appreciated the employees there; they’re all very nice and attentive and helpful- this particular individual was not at all. I really didn’t appreciate her attitude and poor customer service.

I hope that there's a better container for the ginger shot. Or at least, place the small container in another cup (that's how other juice stores hands me the pick-up order).

One of the items was missed on the delivery, no bags was provided and when called to ask about the missing item I was told that it's not possible to deliver because the Uber drive forgot to pick it up. Only option provided was to pickup which didn't work for me.

I love what you make and since I am lactose I have no problems eating and enjoying it. I love that I can have the best of two worlds I can have ice cream for dinner or lunch and not be guilty at all. So thank you for all that you do!!!!
