The drink was too sweet and not enough greens. It tasted more like apple juice than greens. Can you please remake the drink?

Order was placed online and it was supposed to be ready at 2pm it’s 215 and I am barely getting my order. I placed my order at 144pm

They forgot to make one item in my order so I had to wait an additional 5 min.

I love Nekter! But i was given a (mobile order) juice when i ordered a smoothie. I didn’t realize it until i got in my car & drove off.

Order was ready on time.grwat service.

I was extremely disappointed as a customer that always orders ahead online my drink is always ready, this time I had to wait awhile the app said pickup time at 12:15 I got there at 12:36 and it still wasn't ready.

Waited longer for someone to come to the pick up window and ask for my name while my smoothie sat there

Whenever I order a ginger shot on the app with my order it never fails to be missed once I arrive to pick it up. This time of course it was not ready and when it was made it was mixed with a pulpy green juice of some sort but I had already been waiting an additional 5 minutes after the app said it was ready so I was not going to wait to get it fixed. Not a big deal but the point of ordering on the app is to have it ready by the time I get there. Only real complaint these days, other than short staffing which seems to be the norm these days everywhere, that’s why I love ordering on the app. Will continue to order on the app and come to this location as it is the best açaí bowls that is closest to me without traveling 45 minutes.
