The last two times I have ordered a smoothie (Heath nut with almond butter) they have been very thin and not very cold.

Extremely fresh products. Excellent customer service. The Saturday crew is very attentive and helpful. Love love love their juices and smoothies. I have visited this location for years and I have always had a wonderful experience. The products are so delicious and healthy.
We love being able to order online and pick up at a Nekter location! That day, we were on a cross-country trip and wanted some juice and smoothies before hitting the road. Our order was ready ahead of schedule, and the team member even brought the last one out to our car when it was ready. The only complaint we have is that there isn't a Nekter location in Georgia where we live.

This es my second Nekter experience. I had ordered online, walked in, was asked my name and then sat down to patiently wait. I saw 4 people walk in, get served and walked out with their drinks. I didn’t question the first 2 since I assumed they must have ordered online before me. 25 minutes later and I finally get 1 smoothie and 1 açai bowl.
Not impressed. Each Nekter experience I was ignored and waited over 20 minutes to receive my order. Not sure why ordering online is advertised as jumping the line.
