Smoothie was delicious but prices are a little high.

Best smoothies best bowls and friendly service!

I just sent a message to Cindy, but I'm also writing. I went to the tyler location to pick up my online order, and when I actually tried the smoothie it was extremely water down. I did see that there was a new guy there, so I guess he messed up, because 90% of the drink taste like water.

The juices and smoothies are AMAZING The service was meh Bathroom was pretty messy

Absolutely best bowls and smoothies. Everything is always made fresh to order. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly.

I was greeted immediately. Fallon was professional and friendly. He made me feel like a valued customer. The cleanses are awesome. He made the perfect smoothie. I had a hard time choosing and he recommended the mango smoothie. It was the best. He noticed I had a cough and recommended that I order a ginger shot with cayenne. I loved it. It old him I travel to Houston and he was familiar with the houston locations. Making the right choice can be daunting at times but this staff makes it easy everytime I visit.

I ordered online and they had my order ready for me when I got there. The staff was friendly and the smoothies that were made tasted great!!

Great. Except I have a question. So I downloaded the app and my friend gave me a code for a free smoothie. But the code doesn’t work:(

The Pink Flamingo smoothie was delicious. However, the service was extremely slow. I waited 25 minutes before getting my smoothie.

Customer service and easy of ordering were great. Our smoothies were not the best we’ve had from this location. My husbands PB health nut was the consistency of water and my Berry Banana was the consistency of a snow-cone.

I usually am always so happy with service and attitude of the people that work at the Tyler location I go to. I preorder using the app and pick up after I drop off my son to school and it’s always ready. Today they hadn’t even pulled my ticket off the printer yet to make it. They were nice about it but they took their time making it and then when they handed it to me my smoothie tasted good but was watery and like they put to much liquid in it. Not what I’m used too, I’ll be back but hope it doesn’t happen again.

I get the peanut butter smoothie bowl and it taste better and better every time i get it!! I love being able to order online and just picking it up. 10/10 service and food, I recommend this bowl to everyone that’s like “hmm where should i get food from today?” Nékter always makes me feel energized and not slumpy after I finish. AND the portion that is given is so generous you can save some for later!!

Nekter is my favorite place to go after school! The service is awesome and the smoothie bowls are delicious!!!!!

I ordered 2 smoothies through the app, one was not blended (I’m not being prissy here, it was extremely chunky, straw is useless kind of chunky) and the other (AB health nut) was not made the way I ordered it...I’m not even sure it was made with the standard ingredients. It’s usually a pretty thick smoothie, this was like milk. My husband had to walk in and out of the store 3 times to trigger the door alarm to get the two guys that were working there to come out from the back. I never complain about this kind of stuff but absolutely nothing was right about the experience today. I’m normally a huge fan, but (especially for the money) this was very disappointing.
