These ladies give superior customer service. They greet me and are kind and friendly. I'm always made to feel like a valued customer. I was late in picking up my online order and they called and checked on me. So kind and professional. My juices and smoothies are so delicious. I wish they had the old cleanse flavors.

I ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes after my estimated time for my drink. This came to a total of 40 minutes that I waited for a smoothie. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The store wasn’t even very busy.

Wonderful experience! My juice was delicious. I was greeted immediately and it was crowed but I didn't have to wait long. Delicious smoothies, great atmosphere and friendly associates.

I go to nekter frequently. Today I was excited to order the new pumpkin smoothie, something I look forward to every year. Today I was very disappointed. My smoothie was missing something and was very watered down. Not my best experience.

I had a mobile order and when I walked up to the designated area to pick up both girls looked at me then proceeded to do whatever they were doing. The purpose of mobile orders in my head is for it to be quick but if the workers don't even assist you until they feel like it then it's not exactly quick. My order was done and all she did was have to pull it out but I had to wait 10 minutes until she was done doing what she was doing. It didn't help that she also still had on gloves with another person's smoothie all over it which then got all over everything of mine. Yikes. Great place, great smoothies but the customer service could definitely use some help!

I love Nekter's juices and smoothie bowls. However, the customer service at the Tyler location is severely lacking. This last visit, the employee was in the back and took about 5 minutes to realize we were waiting to order. This wasn't a huge deal but he didn't say a word to us when he came out, he just looked at us expectantly waiting for us to order. This has been an issue at this location in the past with the employees not greeting us or talking to us much at all.

Love LOVE LOVE ORDERING ONLINE. I think this was the absolute best smoothie. It was perfect. It helped make my morning special.
