Appreciated the speed. But, for the first time, smoothies weren't well blended. The popeye acai one tasted almost entirely like spinach; it was missing that balance of flavors.

Good experience, however I feel like they make their drinks slightly different each time at this location. The smoothies are not very thick in consistency-they come out more like a juice. Sometimes they taste very different depending on who makes it. I had the same smoothie back to back days and it tasted very different each time. Also the toxin flush has been tasting different. It has been yellow and normally it is a bright/dark green!

I usually have no issues whatsoever. My husband picked up orders for me today. When he got home, there was no straw with the smoothie, I wasn't given spoons for my bowls, and one of my bowls was missing. My husband had to make an extra trip to get the bowl. I was a little disappointed.

My smoothie was a juice. It was barely cold and was supposed to be the pink flamingo. It was black.

I ordered through the app and my Matcha Smoothie was perfect and on time. My only complaint would be that every time I come to this location the restroom is very dirty. I come from out of town and usually make Nekter my first stop so I often use the facilities. Just a suggestion!

I ordered on the Nekter app, the website and door of the building said the opening time was 7am. I arrived at 7:07 and waited until 7:20 and no one was there. I had to leave and had already paid through the app and did not get my smoothie. Such a bummer

I have been to Nekter a lot in the last few months and I usually love it but the last few times I have been they have not added the cocoa nibs in the smoothie that I requested, which cost extra but I haven’t said anything about it and today I ordered my almond butter smoothie with no agave and I watched the girl put agave in it. I reminded her that I didn’t want agave but then she lied and said there wasn’t any in it. I didn’t want to cause a scene because they had other people to help but I really did not want agave today, it makes the smoothie way too sweet so i wasn’t able to drink it.

My smoothie wasn't ready although I placed my order on the app 20 minutes prior. I waited there for them to make it and he didn't even make it right. I went and tasted it in my car and it didn't taste good at all. I am a regular customer and never have had this sort of issue before.

I loved the new smoothie I tried.

Every time I go and get a juice, or smoothie, the service is always great and the staff is helpful with making selections

Not my best experience here. I ordered my normal Peanut Butter Bowl and it was only half full, the smoothie part was very thin and runny and there was no agave on top.

-staff friendly -smoothie taste was good -the greens in the smoothie were not blended well so I had big leaf chunks to chew, which wasn’t my favorite but maybe that’s just how y’all’s smoothies are made?

As always, great smoothies and very fresh! The Tyler location staff is magnificent! Very friendly and appreciate to be working there! Thank you guys for all that you do!
