Great smoothie.

I think that the quality and freshness of the food/smoothies is great. The only thing I think I improve on his customer service. As some of the employers act careless and are not helpful!! Thank you so much for the location in Tyler, spread the company!!!

My smoothie was delicious! I love the ginger shots as well! Looking forward to my next visit!

Good but a 24 oz smoothie cost $16. Will have to limit my visits at that price.

I tried to redeem my points for the smoothie and the clerk seemed confused and told me to pay anyway and then I could scan my receipt for the points. Another lady walked up to assist and I clicked “redeem now” since I was in the store and they did not scan my QR code to redeem my points. I paid full price and did not receive a helpful or apologetic word from staff. I felt stupid leaving the store and am unsure if I lost my redeem code for a regular size smoothie now that I activated it and wasn’t able to use it. Very disappointing experience from a staff that seemed uneducated on Nekter points policies.

I was disappointed this time. I ordered a pink flamingo, and it was extremely watery and not a smoothie like consistency.

We love Nekter! We spend hundreds of dollars here weekly on juices, bowls, & smoothies but our most recent visit was beyond disappointing. The store is completely understaffed & there were at least 20 people waiting. We always order on the app which gave a pick up time of 12:54. Our order wasn’t ready until about 1:40. They also forgot one of our juices.

Our family loves Nekter Juice Bar!! The staff is so friendly and the owners are wonderful! We love grabbing a few bottles to go and getting one of their peanut butter smoothies. If you haven't been, don't hesitate!

Love the healthy selection of freshly squeezed juices, blended smoothies and acai bowls. My go to items on the menu are the toxin flush, pink flamingo, Dragonfruit bowl, ginger shot and the newest thing I've tried and loved is the pitaya passion limeade refresher.

This was my first time, I loved this place! I got the Banana Blast smoothie and it tasted amazing! But I honestly was expecting more banana, and it tasted of strawberries. I’m not exactly complaining though, I love strawberry flavor. The service was good, and it didn’t take long for my drink to be out. Was satisfied, and I want to go back soon!

The young lady that made my smoothie is always very pleasant and does a great job, unfortunately I can’t remember her name 353-5863 this was Monday morning at 8 AM Tyler
