Fantastic juices, good customer service. Drinks are getting too expensive

I have been going to the Juice Bar ever since you opened inTyler ....I like your service and love your product!!

I went to NJB at 6:10pm. They close at 7:00pm. They had taken the juicer apart to be cleaned. So therefore I could not order any juice beverage. This is the second time that this has happened. If this is the way that this business operates then it should be posted so that there are no issues when a customer wants a juice beverage during business hours. I am highly disappointed. Please resolve this issue, because I truly enjoy there beverages.

It is my favorite juice store in Tyler. Fresh and delicious products and always a pleasant and helpful staff. My dad lives in Tyler and I visit often. I have the Nekter app on my phone so that I can have a juice or smoothie delivered to him at home anytime. He loves it and so do I ++

Nekter serves only healthy juice, smoothies, and bowls. It is the easiest way to detox the body and develop a craving for building the immune system.

I order online always. I am always greeted by the sweetest person who calls me by name and asks how I am doing. I don’t know her name, but she has the best customer service of anyone and anywhere I have been in Tyler. I would hire her away for my company, but love my juice too much to do it.

I am always greeted welcomely by the excellent girl/lady who makes my delicious juice by my name before I ever let them know who I am. The juice is always great, but she shows the best customer service of anyone that I have encountered in Tyler.

I wasn’t allowed to order a juice at 6:30 when the close at 7. They said it takes too long to clean. Cleaning should be done AFTER closing.

We love Nekter! We spend hundreds of dollars here weekly on juices, bowls, & smoothies but our most recent visit was beyond disappointing. The store is completely understaffed & there were at least 20 people waiting. We always order on the app which gave a pick up time of 12:54. Our order wasn’t ready until about 1:40. They also forgot one of our juices.

Our family loves Nekter Juice Bar!! The staff is so friendly and the owners are wonderful! We love grabbing a few bottles to go and getting one of their peanut butter smoothies. If you haven't been, don't hesitate!

Called yesterday (tyler location) at 6 pm to do a phone order so it would be ready when I got there in 10 minutes and the girl said "we're not taking phone orders today". I said ok, well I'll be there in 10 minutes then and she said "ok". Well 10 minutes pass and we pull up and I send my boyfriend inside to order. The two girls ignored him standing there pretending to clean. Finally one turns around and goes "the juicer is broken" and the other girl rolls her eyes. If the juicer is broken why didnt they tell me that when I called and said I'd be there in 10 minutes? Why are they not taking phone orders just on that day? Why did it look like they were trying to close up 40 minutes early and being annoyed when a customer walks in? I'm just so over these teenagers. Used to like this place. Never again. If your equipment is broken and you're closing early then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time driving down there.

Love the healthy selection of freshly squeezed juices, blended smoothies and acai bowls. My go to items on the menu are the toxin flush, pink flamingo, Dragonfruit bowl, ginger shot and the newest thing I've tried and loved is the pitaya passion limeade refresher.

Current manager is very professional and so friendly. It makes my day to be greeted by name with order ready. At my age, my health is even more important to me and while the juices are pure the friendliness goes a long way with me too! Great way to start the day! -Roshelle

Good experience, however I feel like they make their drinks slightly different each time at this location. The smoothies are not very thick in consistency-they come out more like a juice. Sometimes they taste very different depending on who makes it. I had the same smoothie back to back days and it tasted very different each time. Also the toxin flush has been tasting different. It has been yellow and normally it is a bright/dark green!
