I paid for extra $1.50 chia pudding in my bowl not much at all. Also paid $1.00 for goji berries. There was none. I am not sure I even got the extra lemon and ginger in my juice I asked for as it was not like my usual drink I get.

My smoothie was a juice. It was barely cold and was supposed to be the pink flamingo. It was black.

I got a bowl in The Woodlands, Tx last night that was awful. I ordered the same bowl today from the Tyler, Tx location and it was delicious like usual! This is a great location - their juices and bowls always taste great.

My pickup order was suppose to be ready by 12:28 pm. I arrive to the store at 12:30pm just to find out they have not worked on my order. They had no customers at the moment. I was waiting for a good 2-3 mins until a lady came out from the back. I told her I had an online order and she said “I’m still working on it...”..when in reality they HAVE NOT been working on it. They are just now making my order and it is 12:33pm...good place for bowls and juice but customer service is no good. I do not recommend this place if they are looking for their order to be ready on time. I was tempted to create my own...so I won’t have to bother them.

Juice was perfect actually got extra lemon like I requested however the lady making my juice didn’t say one word to me when I thanked her she turned her back and walked away. Very rude

I’ve ordered online twice now and one order was perfect and tasted great! The other wasn’t done when I arrived, which isn’t a big deal, then the juice wasn’t made correctly. It was missing the lemon and the ginger. The other times I have ordered in store, my order has been wonderful.

Every time I go and get a juice, or smoothie, the service is always great and the staff is helpful with making selections

Disappointed that honey couldn’t be added to my smoothie, despite @nekterjuicebar ‘s assurance that I could, but I really appreciated that I was able to add dates.

The juice I ordered had different ingredients than what I had originally ordered, unfortunately. But the other drink was good and correct.

Went to the Tyler location at 6:45pm for a greenie drink and was told they had already taken their juicer down because they were closing soon. My response was maybe yall should close at 6:30pm instead of 7pm if you're going to be unable to make juices before closing time.

I love the consistency of Nekter in Tyler! The bowls, smoothies and juices are always delicious and I always know what I’m getting! I order on the app and it’s so easy and convenient.

Extremely fresh products. Excellent customer service. The Saturday crew is very attentive and helpful. Love love love their juices and smoothies. I have visited this location for years and I have always had a wonderful experience. The products are so delicious and healthy.

We love being able to order online and pick up at a Nekter location! That day, we were on a cross-country trip and wanted some juice and smoothies before hitting the road. Our order was ready ahead of schedule, and the team member even brought the last one out to our car when it was ready. The only complaint we have is that there isn't a Nekter location in Georgia where we live. Thanks so much!!

So delicious!!!! Everything tasted great. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. Great juices, fresh products and excellent service.
