I love this place!! The juices are just what my boat needs. The wonderful blends and flavors. The app is wonderful and user friendly. But for some reason it wouldn't let me order the cleanse within 24 hours. But I was able to order the other juices and blends.I always receive excellent customer. The associates always greet me and check to make sure my order is correct. I bought the three day cleanse but didn't receive the bonus card the app was working correctly.

I absolutely love fresh pressed juices but am currently too busy to make them at home. Nekter is always fast, fresh and AMAZING!

These ladies give superior customer service. They greet me and are kind and friendly. I'm always made to feel like a valued customer. I was late in picking up my online order and they called and checked on me. So kind and professional. My juices and smoothies are so delicious. I wish they had the old cleanse flavors.

Your app needs to be updated for pick-up orders that are just a cleanse and you have it sitting on a shelf. I should not have had to wait two days before my order was "ready". I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing that. Not a great first impression. Also, they made me wait in the store while they prepared my order, but it wasn't even my order, it was someone who had just called in! So I had to wait for someone else's stuff to be made, then told, oh just grab one off the shelf. I like the product, and there's not any other place that I know of to get fresh juice in Tyler, so I'll be back, but I am disappointed in the app features and overall experience. I did ask if they had a celery juice that is just celery juice because the lemon in it negates the benefits of the celery, but they said these come prepackaged. The label said good through March, so how fresh are these juices really? Forgive my ignorance, but I thought I was ordering freshly pressed juices and that's why the price was so high. Maybe I should order online to a company who will ship directly to me? Get fresher product at lower cost!

Great Juice bar. Staff are very attentive and personable. Social distancing was practiced. Highly recommend this juice bar.

Wonderful experience! My juice was delicious. I was greeted immediately and it was crowed but I didn't have to wait long. Delicious smoothies, great atmosphere and friendly associates.

Ordered 3 gallons of juice, arrive to pick up and they have every drop of juice just sitting in cups. They tell us that we need to go buy a jug or container so they can put the juice in it. Why wouldn’t you tell the customer this when they ordered 3 gallons of juice.

I love Nekter's juices and smoothie bowls. However, the customer service at the Tyler location is severely lacking. This last visit, the employee was in the back and took about 5 minutes to realize we were waiting to order. This wasn't a huge deal but he didn't say a word to us when he came out, he just looked at us expectantly waiting for us to order. This has been an issue at this location in the past with the employees not greeting us or talking to us much at all.

Fast!!! Love the online ordering. Great customer service always! Best smoothies and juices. My order is accurate everytime.

The açaí bowls are amazing, definitely worth the trip. However the staff they have at the moment is awful. Every single time I order online and arrive 30 mins later and the employees are in the back and haven’t even started on my order. They are so slow and very rude. As much as I am obsessed with Nekter Juice as a whole, the employees have started to ruin it for me.

Alot of the juice was out of stock. Did not have the grab and go. and they were out of the dragon fruit!

My husband and I discovered Nekter a couple of weeks ago and have been there at least five times. The girls there are friendly, courteous, and efficient. It is a very pleasing experience. And, of course, the juices and bowls are excellent.

I couldn’t get the drink i ordered because they were out of parsley, but it didn’t show unavailable on the app. I have been there 6-7 times and two times they were out of things - last time it was apples. I understand that you run out and that’s ok but please make it unavailable on the app because i really only like one juice. The ladies working were very kind and has great customer service and speed :)

I ordered a 5day juice cleanse 2 days in advance and when i arrived to pick it up I was told it wouldn’t be available for another two days. Not happy!! I drove 4 hours!
