Hey guys, love the juice bar in Tyler, but I did want to give some constructive feedback. Twice this week I ordered juice from the app. The first one, I arrived, they gave me the juice and said they were out of lemons. "Sorry." The second one, they were out of celery. "Sorry." I asked if they perhaps they substituted the lemon for lime? "No. Sorry." Anyway, there is a grocery store right next to the juice bar shopping center. Organic fruit and veggies are easily acquired in Tyler. All someone has to do is run over there and get whatever is needed if you run out. If that is not allowed by corporate rules, then perhaps offer folks a free point to redeem later or something. But, showing up to an already made juice and being told that "we're out this or that, sorry"...is not really a great feeling for the customer. These juices are already super pricey and to pay full price for something you're not really getting is just sort of a bad look. Just my take. Not trying to harp too much, but I thought you guys would want to know how that makes the customer feel and maybe there's an easy solution to mitigate it. Thanks, James.

The actual juices and bowls we got were delicious! The girls working behind the counter are terrible. We ordered two bowls and two drinks. Our drinks and one bowl came out right away. Then it got kinda busy and the girls made everyone else's orders and all those customers were gone before we received our 2nd bowl. We waited about 10-15 mins for our 2nd bowl. Then the girls didn't even apologize when it was brought to their attention. Terrible customer service and probably won't be back due to that

I really wish there was a spot on the app to write notes for your order. I like to drink my juice with lots of ice so every time I go in I have to ask for the 24oz cup with lots of ice to put my 16oz of juice in. I feel like it’s a waste of cups. I can’t communicate that through the app because there is no place to make note. I know you can order juice with ice but it’s not enough ice for me. I guess after I make the order I could call the store but when I’m on the run and needing to pick up my juice sometimes there isn’t time for that.

I love all the healthy juices and smoothies I pick up, always prepared very quickly. Thanks so much!!

The best juice around. Hannah is an absolute radiant worker, always makes my drink correctly and I leave with a smile on my face after talking to her.

I’ve always been to Jamba Juice to get my açaí bowls but not having one here I found this place and I have to say, this is one of the best açaí bowls I’ve had. Thank you so much for having my pickup ready.

We visit Tyler frequently from our home in Austin where we have an abundance of juice-to-go businesses to choose from (our fave is Juiceland). That being said, we'd LOVE to have the option of grabbing a healthy prepared salad to-go when picking up our juice order.

I love the juice and quality of ingredients. Ordering online and picking up in the store was easy and fast and the employees were very friendly.

Walked in went to the counter and stood there a good two to three minutes and no one greeted me. Two ladies who were working at the front walked past me and said nothing; finally someone came from the back and helped me. Love the juices dislike like the customer service.

The bowls are yummy but the juice is not for me. The prices are high too! The service we good.

I like the convenience of the store, it is close by and in my way into town. Also, my order is always ready to go from placing online orders. I enjoy the fresh juices and love that you use cashew milk. Great alternative to coffee and other less healthy options for my morning.
