I like the employees at your store. I gave an "8" rather than a "10" because of the hours. When opening at 7:30 and I have to be at work across town, I can't stop in for an early morning juice, like I could when you opened at 7am. Your juice is limited to certain hours, even though your store is open later; and finally the price of your juice is high. The juice itself is delicious!

Product I wanted to order was not available after 4:45 PM. When I asked the employee why you could not order a green juice after 4:45 PM - she did know what I was talking about. This was blocked in the APP preventing an order after 445 PM.

Loved the juice. We tried cashew milk here for the first time and really enjoyed it. The service was great also!
99% of the time it's great. This time makes it the third time the almond butter was forgotten. I called and left a message; I didn't have time to come back like last time to get it fixed. I love your bowls and juices! So I am a loyal customer.

I ordered a juice cleanse, said it would be ready on a certain day and when I got there I was told that my order was not ready and they didn't have all the stuff to prepare it so I have to come back another day

I actually tried to get a juice the night before, arriving at 640pm when closing time said 7pm. I was told "we have already broken the juicer down for the night, we cannot fix juices after630pm". I do not understand the closing time of 7pm, and breaking down the juicer 30minutes early. This is confusing for customers and inconvenient. Please consider actually breaking down the juicer when you are closed, rather than business hours.

Good juice. I tried to order through the app the night at 6:35, and the order would not go through because of the store closing at 7pm. Would recommend no more than 15 minutes prior to closing time to stop orders. Looking forward to the summer hours- for Nekter to open at 7am because I have to be at work at 8am, and cannot place an order in the mornings and get to work on time. Lastly, if the juice prices go up much more, I will be priced out and just buy myself a juicer, as I have done in the past. Would recommend more discounts or points for those who have the app.

I drove an hour to pick up a cleanse that I got a notification was ready for pick up and the celery juice is missing in all 3 bags and a greens in one as well. Was told the truck wouldn’t be there until Monday. Why not just conveniently let the customer know so that they could wait to pick it up when all items were available Now I have to wait until I get time off to come back and wait to start the cleanse. Also the set of shots that I purchased were not given to me
