I love ordering from the app and walking in to a prepared juice on a busy morning! 5 stars!

Dear management- I like the place and the juice is good. However I have a concern with the sanitation practices. There was a girl in there who had a cast on her hand and arm. She did not wear a glove on that hand when preparing the food. I worked in the medical field and I know that Casts are left on and not washed for up to six weeks. That means whatever germs and bacteria and dirt have been accumulating on that cast for the past six weeks are also going to be in the fresh juices that they are making! Yikes! I asked her to put on a glove and she said she could not. So someone else made my drink. But it still concerns me for all of the other fresh food she is handling

Juice cleanse

I placed my order online and came to pick it up rather quickly and she was already finishing up my order. I tried to call the store 3 times on my way to make sure I asked for no ice (realized after I called where to see it in my app) but it went to a voicemail every time which was full. The girl who gave me my juice did not say one word to me. There was a young man who greeted me as soon as i came in and I told him I think that she was making my order and asked if it was for Krystal and he confirmed that it was mine. When she brought my juice to the counter I said “thank you so much! Have a great day!” If she said anything back I did not hear it. Was not a very welcoming feel. I have visited Nekter numerous times in the years that it’s been open in Tyler and my observation is that the employees seem to all be young (which is perfectly fine) but they really need some customer service training. A smile goes a long way. (I do get people have a bad day.) I keep coming back because I love the freshness of the product. If there was an equivalent in Tyler that had nicer employees I would chose them. I just wanted to voice my concerns because if I was an owner I would want to know.

Juice seemed to be missing ginger, after I asked for double ginger. But the timing of order ahead for pickup was perfect.

I was here and I ordered four items, three of them came out wrong and tasted very bad. One of the drinks was different from the poster and they told me it was the same thing. The drink tasted like pure lemon juice, it was super sour.

Good experience, however, would like to see organic juice offered.

I love this place! The juices are delicious and cleanses actually work! I’ve visited this establishment for years now! Only suggestion is for biodegradable options.

Good juice, prices are a bit too high for a cup of juice (I do appreciate the points), and hours are limited for buying juices if you work across town 8-5 M-F

I do recommend Nektar to others with a caveat: it’s very expensive and the same item tastes different every time you order it. I’m assuming maybe because some days the fruit is ripe and some days not? I’ve been getting the recovery juice a lot lately. Today it was very bland. Usually it’s tart, spicy, and slightly sweet. No matter, it’s helpful to me to have somewhere to go to get healthier options! I do wish the employees would welcome you when you came in. It just seems that welcoming/smiling/letting them know you’re glad they are here, is a very lost art these days.

I enjoyed my products. I have a suggestion though. For customers who purchase a juice cleanse, you should offer a free gift or drink.

Professional charming assistants were quickly juicing my order with all my add in. Very pleased with the service of Nekter juice bar.

I always get the green detox juice - it’s freshly made in front of you. Great portion sizes!

My experience is always great! I come here almost three times a week because of the juices and great staff!
