Excellent experience

You forgot my granola and agave. Highly annoyed as had to pay extra for more than 3 sides.

They forgot to put ginger in my drink.

So nice when you walk in. Love the atmosphere

The staff is always amazing at this location. The bowls do take a bit of time, but nothing some pre-ordering can't assist with!

I’m a regular at this location, and for a long time I thought the vibe here was a little off… no more. Tatum runs the juice counter and sees me coming… she has my protein shake order down and it’s always a great reward after a weight workout. Thank you Tatum!!

I placed an online order for pick up. I walked up to the counter (not where you order but the opposite side where the orders are picked up. I stood there for quite a few minutes patiently because the registered to order drinks was very busy. When a girl placed another order to be picked up there I told her that I had an order to be picked up and they grabbed it but next time told me I needed to wait in the line. I have not had this happen before and I’m wondering, what is the advantage of ordering online if I still have to wait in line to grab my drink? Almost every establishment has a separate line for pick up. Additionally, the girl was extremely curt, NONE of them were smiling or seemed like they were enjoying their morning. Very unfortunate as I am a big supporter of kaleidoscope.
