Usually I enjoy the drinks I order. Yesterday, I ordered online around 3:50pm for a 4:30pm pickup. When I picked up my drink at 4:30pm it was thin, watery and warm even though it was sitting on a cooler shelf. I don't think it was blended with ice and I feel like it had been sitting on that shelf since I ordered it. I did not love it. I would have asked them to remake it but I was on my way to an appointment.

Customer service was great, the location is nice and clean. However, I requested online to sub Pitaya for acai and that was not done. I did not notice until i reached my destination. My bowl was also not topped with coconut flakes
