Great service and quick turnaround

Always great food quality, consistency and speed of service. Even with very limited interaction of just coming in to pick up an order, the employees are friendly - they make eye contact, smile, and make sure you are taken care of.

Quick, ready when I arrived, kept cold. They're in a store with a Cold Stone Creamery. It's a little less busy than the one on 92nd street . I've only ever done order online and pickup and they've been great.

I come to the store very often. It used to be quite clean, but lately not as much. the floor is not swept, many days it has lots of dirt, sprinkles and various food stuff. Please sweep and clean tables regularly. Thanks alot!

The acai bowls are always a treat for me. Tried making my own. Just not the same. Easy to order. Nicely packaged and kept cold. For some reason I get the Mercado and Via Linda stores mixed up. That's probably just a me issue.

My smoothie today was not good. It usually is very good so I was disappointed and didn’t finish it.

So I was there today before 6pm i came in was greated and told someone would be with me shortly 6 mins passes as I wait so I stepped to the bathroom came back and waited some more until I asked the associate who was sitting at a table on her phone if someone was coming to assist me. She then went to the back to get Hayden and Hayden came out rudely with an attitude and said they were closed. Now mind you i walked in when they were open and they did not service me for 12mins to turn around and say they were closed at 6:02pm. This was completely unprofessional because the young ladies both watched me walk to the nektar desk and said nothing of we are closing soon or anything. So I will not be returning to this location.

My order was done on time. The only complaint is, the team member put my warm box of waffles on the cooler shelf with my smoothie. However, the Go Bananas waffles are delish!
