My order was done on time. The only complaint is, the team member put my warm box of waffles on the cooler shelf with my smoothie. However, the Go Bananas waffles are delish!

Wasn’t able to get a juice because they were closing in 45 minutes, so I ordered a smoothie. 3 employees were audibly discussing how they were making it wrong and just laughing about the whole experience.
I had a huge order that I put in in the middle of the night for pick up at 10 AM. I arrived early and the team was hurrying to finish my order. It was completed with a few minutes to spare and they were super kind with helping me to my car with my 17 smoothies and açai bowls

Whenever I order a smoothie here, there is always something wrong with it and it’s never the same color as the previous time. Sometimes there are huge chucks of unblended fruit and ginger… the most recent time they “forgot” to put spinach and ginger in my smoothie so he added it on top… so I had green liquid on the top of my smoothie… very strange and inconsistent here. I think they need to retrain employees.
