Today actually my smoothie was not at all tasty. Given the price point nowadays I wish I would have gone back to obtain a replacement but was short on time. The AB Health nut was way thicker than past orders I have had. On top of it, the smoothie was warm. Thick and warm today. The ginger shot was great.

Came here on my lunch hour to get a smoothie and I waited my entire lunch hour and then some to get one smoothie. I get I could have just used the app, but as I waited an entire 45min, people were coming in to get their online orders, and they didn’t even have those done. Idk if it’s just a bad day or what, but not a good experience over all. They should get more people to help if lunch rush is a thing. Very unhappy.

I am saddened to hear of your unsatisfactory experience with Nekter Juice Bar. Though a limited amount of patrons might be in the store, we have waves of lunch rushes and rushes in general. Three online orders might contain 12+ bowls, smoothies, juices or any of the above combinations, plus what is being ordered at the register.
The common courtesy of serving instore customers first is priority. As there is usually a 15 minute window from the time an online order goes through, and the actual time it might be ready. Again, it is determined by how many orders are being made at any given point in time, regardless of online or, in store.
With two blenders and everything made from scratch, it takes time for quality. Juice usually take longer time periods to make, especially if there are multiple 32oz cups to be made.
Please allow us to correct this mishap and earn your patronage again in the near future.

Nekter is my favorite smoothie place, but I always have a hard time deciding what delicious smoothie to pick! The cashier helped me pick the health nut and I was happily surprised, it was DELICIOUS! All the employees we helpful and cheerful. :)
