I ordered ahead with the app to redeem a reward… when my husband went to pick up, my order wasn’t ready and we were told by an employee that the store never received the order, although I received confirmation that it did. In the end it was made for us after showing our confirmation, we weren’t too upset as we had some free time, but if this was on our way to work, it would be much more frustrating. I typically don’t order ahead, but now it makes me weary to attempt on the app again.
